 Sites converting to the Oasis image must meet
the following criteria:
Minimum Oasis Standards:
- Paved drives
- Canopy with 36” or 48” flat fascia
- 36” is required
on new canopies
- Multi-product dispensers (MPD’s)
- Rural - 2 MPD’s
- Metro - 3 MPD’s
- Electronic credit card readers at all MPD’s
- Main ID price sign – twin pole where legal
- Free public restroom(s) - can be unisex
- No requirement for unmanned
- New to brand will require 2 restrooms
- 3 grades of gasoline
- High density under-canopy lighting
- Alternative profit centers (except for unmanned)
- Uniform for store employees
- Mystery Shop participation
