Responsible for evaluating operational results, completing company payroll, and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement performance measures that support the company's strategic direction. Ensure company compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with a minimum of 5 years accounting experience is required. Will be based at our corporate offices in Blackwell, OK.
This person will support the owners and senior management with administrative and clerical assistance, handling correspondence, creating reports, and handling confidential information. Must be highly self-motivated, professional, have strong customer service skills, and have excellent computer and communication skills. College or vocational training preferred. This position will be based at our corporate offices in Blackwell, OK.
This person will install and maintain computer systems and networks & train others on the use of the systems. Will plan, coordinate, direct and design IT-related activities of the organization. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required. Certification as IT Technician is an advantage. Occasional evenings and/or weekend hours will be expected and some regional travel may be required.
This person will play a key role in the safety and efficient operations of our transportation department. The diesel mechanic will maintain equipment operation by completing inspections and preventive maintenance requirements, correcting vehicle deficiencies, making adjustments and alignments, and keeping records of all actions performed. The ability to diagnose problems will be paramount to this person's success. Also expected will be an organized system and documentation of ordering parts, storing common parts, and the ability to clearly communicate with others regarding vehicle needs and issues. ASE diesel certification preferred. Must have a valid CDL and be able to pass a background and drug test. This position will be based in Oklahoma City but will be a mobile position with consistent travel within OK, KS, MO, TX, and AR.
This person will oversee all DOT and Health and Safety compliance for Federal and State Transportation & Trucking and risk management. This position will be responsible for the company’s DOT Anti-Drug Plan and the Alcohol Misuse Prevention Plan. Other responsibilities will include maintain safety riles and records, driver background checks, plan and implement training for employees, and conduct post-accident investigations. A bachelor’s degree with proven experience directing DOT safety compliance is required. This person must have proficient computer knowledge, be strong in customer service, and an excellent communicator. Must be 23 and be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug test. Must have a valid CDL and be able to pass a background and drug test. This position will be based in Oklahoma City or Stillwater but will be a mobile position with consistent travel within OK, KS, MO, TX, and AR.
- Class A CDL – Hazmat and tanker endorsement required
- Loads and unloads fuel at drop off locations
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds on occasion
- Hours vary, includes some weekends and holidays
Responsible for providing excellent customer service. This person greets all customers, run the cash register, helps with store cleanliness, possibly some food preparation, stocking, and is a valuable part of the team. Must be 18 and be able to pass a background and drug test.
